Built around Allen & Heath's XCVI processing core, the Qu-5D provides 38 inputs to mix, 24 outputs, 12 mixes, 4 matrix mixes and 6 stereo FX engines, making it an excellent choice for live sound, touring, installations, corporate events, theatres, houses of worship and recording applications.

The Qu-5D features 17 x 100mm motorised faders across four customisable layers and a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen for intuitive control of mixing, routing, processing and system settings. Its redesigned workflow provides fast hands-on access for both experienced engineers and users new to digital mixing.

A major advantage of the Qu-5D is its integrated 16x16 Dante interface, providing 48kHz or 96kHz Dante audio networking through a dedicated etherCON port. The Dante connection can be used with Dante-enabled equipment and networks for flexible multichannel audio distribution and system integration.

For recording and computer-based production, the Qu-5D includes a 32x32 USB-C audio interface for multichannel recording and playback, while the SD card interface supports multitrack recording and playback. USB-A also provides stereo recording and playback.
