The Mackie Thump18Sv4 is a professional 18-inch powered subwoofer designed to deliver deep, powerful low-frequency performance for DJs, live sound systems, bands, mobile entertainers, clubs, events, and professional PA applications. It combines an 18-inch high-performance woofer with a 1400W Class-D amplifier to produce up to 132 dB maximum SPL and extended low-frequency response down to 33 Hz at -3 dB.

Designed as a powerful low-end foundation for a Thump PA system, the Thump18Sv4 provides flexible signal routing and crossover control. Stereo XLR inputs accept signals from a DJ controller, mixer, or other audio source, while stereo high-pass outputs allow compatible full-range loudspeakers to be connected directly. Stereo full-range outputs can also pass the unaltered signal to additional subwoofers.

The Thump18Sv4 features four selectable high-pass modes for easy system integration. Choose Thump 12, Thump 15, Thump GO, or Variable mode to match the subwoofer with compatible Mackie loudspeakers or other full-range speakers. Each high-pass mode includes a 1.4 ms alignment delay for optimized system performance.

Additional controls include stereo/mono summing, phase invert, variable level control, and a defeatable front LED. An M20 threaded pole mount supports the Mackie SPM400 speaker pole for mounting a compatible full-range loudspeaker above the subwoofer.
