Description

This stylish set of speakers is ergonomically designed with curves and moldings. The shape of the two speakers hides a secret. They are not actually as deep as they at first appear. The back half of each speaker clips off to reveal two more components a mixer and a storage compartment.

Although they are each only 27 inches high, these speakers are very powerful, providing a peak output of 3.000 Watts. Each has a 10-inch woofer embedded in the front, and that woofer is shielded by a sturdy perforated steel grill. Each speaker has an innovative horn design to extend the area over which the sound is dispersed. The speaker cases hide the tweeters and each has an embedded handle on one side to ease carrying. These speakers are intended to be pole mounted.

Each speaker has a 10-foot cable to connect it to the mixer cable. The mixer has a built-in digital amplifier and an equalizer with five preset modes. There are a total of four microphone sockets, and the package includes two corded microphones with 10-foot leads. Other input capabilities come from the five ¼ inch connectors on the mixer and an unbalanced set of RCA sockets. There is a slot to take an SD memory card and a USB port to accommodate a memory stick, an MP3 player, or an iPod.

You can access files from storage media without having to connect with a cable by using the mixer unit's Bluetooth capabilities. The Bluetooth gadget that you can connect to by this method includes your smart phone.

Apart from the speaker connectors, the mixer has a set of RCA sockets to connect to another storage device. Each input type has individual volume controls and there are bass, treble, and sound effect controls for four line inputs or mics.
