The Xtreme1201 has a total peak power of 1200 watts. This is the type of power you need for a mid to large sized venue such as a live stage show, large studio space, showroom or in a mid to large sized nightclub. This subwoofer is an ACTIVE speaker. The amplifier is built in..there is no need for an additional amplifier! The inputs and outputs are both ¼” and XLR connections. Easily connect this subwoofer to any standard speaker set up! The woofer is 12” with a 90oz. magnet and 3” voice coil. This will deliver a clear translation of booming low end frequencies. Additionally there is an adjustable crossover…this will allow you to decide which frequencies will be kept for the subwoofer and which will pass through to your other speakers in your system. This is a great tool when tuning your room and sending the correct sound frequencies to the correct speakers!
