Impress your clients and customers! The MRS63U can push out 40 watts of RMS power and total peak power of 70 watts. Each speaker holds one 3” tweeter and one 6” woofer. One speaker is powered and the other one is passive. This means that the one powered speaker can also power the passive speaker. There is no need for an additional amplifier! The inputs on the powered speaker consist of standard RCA, an input for an SD Card and a USB flash drive, and an MP3 input. This will allow you to plug in your iPod™ or USB flash drive and play music without any additional connections or equipment! There are also dual 1/4” microphone inputs. With this amount of varying inputs, you can play virtually any format of music through these professional grade monitors! The outputs on the powered speaker are a speaker wire connection that can be used to connect the powered speaker to the passive speaker. Again, having these options in a high quality studio monitor is a welcomed luxury! Each speaker can be adjusted sonically by using the bass and treble controls in addition to the volume control. These controls are very useful if you need to adjust your speaker output to match your room set up…if your room lacks the bass you need, just add a little more bass to your output by adjusting the bass control. Each microphone has a volume control and also an echo effect. If you want to make your voice a bit more “wet” just add a little echo to your signal!
